Who are we looking for?

We are actively seeking an in-house Talent Specialist, for this 12 month Fixed Term Contract, to help us with our current business growth. You will report to Vista Group’s Head of Talent. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will oversee the talent acquisition/end-to-end recruitment process across Vista Group, ensuring we hire staff that are aligned and driven by our purpose, and values.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

You’ll manage relationships with external recruiters, maintain a candidate pool and ensure a positive candidate experience, whether hired or not. Ensuring recruitment best practice through leaders and hiring teams, as well as maintaining a positive employment brand for Vista Group.

You will be supported by an amazing, engaged and passionate global People & Culture team. You’ll also have an opportunity to work on some cool projects – e.g. evaluating our global on-boarding process, diversity & inclusion, wellness etc...

You’ll be passionate about recruitment and driving to continually push best practice, and care deeply about candidate experience.

You’ll want to partner with & empower our people as we continue to promote a culture that is fair and engaging, with a simple and holistic approach to enable our people to be the best they can.


About you

  • At least 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition
  • A positive “can do” attitude, with the initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness to act on own initiative, while being an effective and collaborative member of the global P&C team
  • Ability to develop and maintain good professional working relationships with people at all levels across the company; including building trust and always maintaining confidentiality
  • Confident, positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional manner
