FAQs

FAQs

How often is the roadmap updated?
We aim to review the status of features once a week to ensure the view of recently released features is up-to-date.

New items may be introduced at any time, but we aim to add new features to the roadmap up to two years ahead.
Why do I see a released feature which I don’t have access to?
There are a few reasons you may not have access to a feature:

1. The feature may require your Vista administrator to enable it.

2. The feature might still be in the release process. Some products are upgraded client-by-client which means the feature could be in your sandbox environment and available soon.

3. The feature may be available in a later capability of Vista Cloud than your cinema is live with.

4. If you’re on Vista Classic we need to do some additional work to prepare the release package, we’ll notify you when this version is available.

Check with your IT team or speak to your Vista Account Manager if you’re unsure.
Where can I find more information about using a feature?
We will include links in the description to Help Centre articles where applicable. If you need more information please contact your Vista Account Manager.
Are the features on the roadmap subject to change?
While we remain adaptable to review and reprioritise as needed, we are committed to providing you with a roadmap you can count on.
Will these features be available in Vista Classic?
If you are using any of our SaaS products such a Serve or Movio Cinema EQ, you will receive new features as they are released. To view features which will be available in Vista Classic use the search bar to filter on the release number (5 0 15) or the key word Vista Classic.
