When moviegoers go to the cinema, what makes them keep coming back? Or what stops them from returning again and again on a regular basis - and what are exhibitors doing to entice them into their cinemas?
When I was a child, going to the cinema was an experience everyone appreciated. There were staff to help you every step of the way. I’m not suggesting we should go back to those days, but I was intrigued to visit a cinema a while ago that had gone ‘POS-less', and there wasn't quite the same service feel.
When you go to the cinema, all you want is an easy and simple experience. Uber's technology has proven to be just that. Could cinemas take the same approach?
